Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid workshop seats, planning sessions, clinics, and Q&A circles booked directly with Web Aspen Hub. Interest forms submitted on this site without payment do not create a charge.

Timeframe for full refunds

Cancel in writing at least 7 full days before the scheduled start time for a full refund of the session fee and deposit. Cancellations between 6 days and 48 hours before start receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, fees are non-refundable except where we cancel the session.

Partial refunds

If illness or travel disruption prevents attendance and you notify us before the session begins, we may offer a partial credit toward a later date at our discretion when documentation is provided.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already customized for a private planning session, third-party venue fees clearly itemized on your invoice, and no-show seats without prior notice are non-refundable.

Work already started

Once a private planning session has begun, the fee for that session is earned. Group workshops that you leave early are not prorated.

Purchased materials

We do not sell mining hardware. Any optional printed packet beyond the standard handout, if purchased separately, is non-returnable once delivered.

Deposits

A deposit may be requested to hold a seat. Deposits follow the same timeline as session fees above and are applied to the balance due before the workshop.

Rescheduling

You may transfer to another published date once without fee if you request the change at least 5 days in advance and space exists. Later transfers may forfeit the deposit.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice forfeits the fee. We keep materials available for pickup for 14 days but do not mail unused seats.

When we cancel

If Web Aspen Hub cancels a date, you may choose a full refund or a free move to a later seat. We are not responsible for your travel costs.

Refund process & timing

Email info@webaspenhub.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they provide stronger rights than this policy.
